It is our policy to ship to the billing address. This is to avoid risk for both us and our customers. If you want an order shipped to a different address, please state your request in the comment box when you place your order. We will need to know the reason for sending to a different address.
Shipping on BicycleOutfittersIndy.com is free for all domestic customers inside the lower 48 Continental United States. Domestic items will ship through either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the size, weight, and value. Generally, orders weighing under 4 lbs. will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders that weigh more than 4 lbs. will usually ship via UPS Ground. If the final value of an order is more than $300, it will generally be shipped via UPS Ground regardless of weight.
A signature will often be required for orders with a value over $300. Signatures will also often be required if your shipping address is an apartment or place of business. This is done to reduce risk for both you and us. If for some reason you do not want your order shipped with signature requirement, you must state your request and reason in the comment box when you place your order.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged additional shipping based on your particular location and the weight and value of the package. Shipments to these locations will be made by USPS Priority Mail.
International customers must pay charges for USPS Express Mail shipping. International customers will have their items declared as "Gift" and low value to save on import duties. All import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not know the import tax laws for other countries, and therefore do not know how much you will be charged. We do not send invoices with orders.
Shipping for orders will occur within 24 to 72 hours in most cases and no longer than 3 business days after you place your order, unless otherwise indicated on the item listing page. Tracking information will be provided by email. They are automatic emails sent from either Stamps.com or UPS Quantum View, depending on the shipping method.
USPS Priority Mail is a 2 to 3 day service. UPS Ground is a 1 to 5 day service. If you want to upgrade your shipping method, please email or call us before you place your order. If we know your location, the item you want, and when you need to receive it, we can tell you your options and give a quote for additional shipping charges.
Return Policies:
Return authorizations will be allowed on new and unused products in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your item. You must call or email for a return authorization number and ship your item to:
