Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged additional shipping based on your particular location and the weight of the package. Shipments to these locations will be made by USPS Priority Mail.
International customers must pay charges for USPS Express Mail shipping. International customers will have their items declared as "Gift" and low value to save on import duties. All import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policies:
Return authorizations will be allowed on new and unused products in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your item. You must call or email for a return authorization and ship your item to:

Once the item has been received with return authorization and determined to be new and unused, a refund will be issued for the price paid for the item minus a restocking fee. This would cover our costs associated with the sale. Restocking fees vary according to each item. Generally speaking, restocking fees are approximately 15%.
Warranties:
We offer only new and unused items which are fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We provide documentation necessary to enforce your warranty with the manufacturer. In some cases we will provide a direct replacement or repair at our discretion or according to the manufacturers policies.
