Returns:
Return authorizations will be allowed on new and unused products in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your item. You must call or email for a return authorization number and ship your item to:

Once the item has been received with return authorization and determined to be new and unused, a refund will be issued for the price paid for the item minus a restocking fee. This would cover our costs associated with the sale. Restocking fees vary according to each item and may be up o 15% of the original sale.
Warranties:
We offer only new and unused items which are fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
We provide documentation necessary to enforce your warranty with the manufacturer.
In some cases we will provide a direct replacement or repair at our discretion or according to the manufacturers policies.
In other cases we may refer you directly to the manufacturer for warranty issues.
